Book Your Tour

This tour begins with a crew member escorting you into the warming room where party members will sign a waiver, be weighed with all gear on(max 350lbs per group), and a crew member will give a safety speech. After all of that is done, there’s a meet and greet time with the dogs while trip is being prepared. Any remaining time left after the trip is to spend with the dogs to say thank you and a job well done. Upon Musher’s discretion, party members may be able to be more hands on with hitching/unhitching the dogs. To help better explain how this tour works we have put together a scenario below comparing our 1.5 hour adventure and our Mini Mush adventure …

1.5 HOUR TOUR EXAMPLE -> Party of 2 (2 Adults, 1 Adult and 1 Child).

Meet and greet while musher prepares the trip, 2 sleds going out at the same time on a 5 mile/Approximately 50 minute ride, with any remaining time at the end to say thank you and a job well done to the dogs and mushers.

ON THIS MINI MUSH TOUR -> Family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children).

Meet and greet. 1 sled goes out with 1 Adult and 1 child on a 2.5 mile/Approximately 25 minute ride (during this time the other adult and child will drive to the halfway trail turnaround). Riders swap places and the other adult and child ride 2.5 miles /Approximately 25 minutes back, with any remaining time at the end to say thank you and a job well done to the dogs and mushers.

-> Family of 6 (2 adults and 4 small children).

Meet and greet, 1 sled goes out with 1 adult and 2 small children on a 2.5 mile/Approximately 25 minute ride (during this time the other adult and 2 small children will drive to the nearby trail turn around). Riders swap places and the other adult and 2 small children ride 2.5 miles/approximately 25 minutes back, with any remaining time at the end to say thank you and a job well done to the dogs and mushers.

As you can see from the example provided above, this tour can be a good cost cutting option for families and groups but the trade-off is that guests are not out riding at the same time together or on the trail for a long.

**Two legal Drivers are required for this tour as part of the group will need to drive their own personal vehicle to our trail halfway point down the road a few miles. No individuals under the age of 18 can do this trip WITHOUT someone 18+ on the trail during this adventure.**
